As for Black Friday (blogger just uppercased it as if it was a holiday ha), although it gets a little rough and violent at times too, I think that Black Friday and cyber monday are great chances for parents and loved ones to buy affordable presents that otherwise they may not have the money for. Although out here in LA we may not worry about snow, winds and negative 10 degree whether but many people wait hours upon end to get those gifts for loved ones and save a lot of money.

Happy Turkey Day!
Thanksgiving is always a great time. Friends and family gather together to catch-up with one another, enjoy some great food, and relax for a few days. But, it also kicks off the frenzy of the holiday shopping season, with millions of consumers heading out to stores in search of the perfect present for their loved ones. I have been hearing a lot of people who complain about Black Friday and businesses being open on Thanksgiving. What if some people give thanks that they have a job?! I am just kidding, but not really. I wonder if all of these people who complain have families and loved ones to go home to on Thanksgiving? I happen to know that one of my good friends did not spend time with anyone on Thanksgiving and loved every minute of it, and I also know that a good friend of mine's mother passed away on Sunday and she wants to work rather than be surrounded by hurt and depressed people. Do these people think of the ones who have no families to come home to, the ones who have no where to go, because those people sometimes may not mind working on a holiday, or may not want to be reminded that it is a holiday. I hope people think of that too.
